At Rocky Ridge Retirement, we will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special dinner prepared by our Executive Chef, Sacha. The meal includes a choice of entrée – Fine Herb Coated Lamb Rack with Natural Demi Glaze or Roasted Chicken Supreme with Chicken Gravy or Baked Atlantic Salmon Filet with Blood Orange Cream Sauce.
