I moved into Rocky Ridge Retirement on Opening Day on October 1st 2011. Prior to that, Heather had allowed me to put on a hard hat and steel toed boots to come into the unfinished building. I selected a suite on the 3rd floor. I love it here as I can see the mountains, the lake where people can use boats and the kids play hockey when it freezes over. One day, I saw a moose trotting along the path. I have enjoyed the many special events and bus trips to Banff and Lake Louise over the last 10 years. Now that I’m much older and I’m not able to participate, I can still enjoy watching the weather, fireworks, from the Stampede Park and more. I am very thankful for the Nursing Staff when I need them. They have been very helpful and friendly.
