I was born and raised in Surrey, BC. I have a loving close-knit family, my family is one of my biggest blessings. What I value most in life, both professional and personal, is respect, choice, and advocating to do what is most ethical. When I am not working, I enjoy walks, reading personal development books, watching good quality TV shows, and I enjoy shooting hoops with my amazing son.
My clinical specialty is palliative and oncology care, in addition to that, I have experience working frontline, management, mentorship, education, curriculum development, and facilitator positions. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, and I have been working as a Nurse since 2002. I have additional training in the “Best Friends Approach”, and have worked in 3 different provinces (BC, SASK, and AB).
I am proud to be part of TEAM ROCKY RIDGE, and looking forward to empowering the staff, and being inspired by the residents and all the loyal staff here. Thank you for the support and kindness.
