My wife and I have been residents of RRRC since October 01 of this year, I was initially loath to move from our home in Nova Scotia, but pressured by two daughters who do live here they surely won out! We have both been impressed by the staff and servers who know your names almost immediately, and we would like to congratulate management on their selection of people. As former employers we know how very much important good people are to an operation. We had the good occasion last Friday, to reserve the Macleod dining room for dinner for visiting family members. It was a great success due to the professionalism of John, who attended to everyone's likes ( no dislikes) and all of us felt we had dined in a high class establishment. We were told by our daughters to book the room for December 23rd for dinner, which of course I duly did with Rebecca, another excellent front of house employee. We had been having problems with the shower, due to the height adjustment not staying in place. I brought it to the attention of Craig in maintenance, who made a temporary repair, and said he would research to see if a more permanent solution could be found. A few days later he came back and replaced the item controlling  the height  adjustment, so that the shower is as good as new. Thank you Craig!!!
