Yeehaw!! We all kicked up our heels and enjoyed a great ‘Stampede Week’ here at Rocky Ridge. We were entertained by Country Singer Mary Resek at our Stampede Breakfast held in our courtyard. The weather stayed fine, there was dancing and of course lots of pancakes!
For our adventurous residents, the bus went down to the Stampede grounds for Senior’s Day! Later in the week, the bus headed out to the national historical site Bar U Ranch near Longview for lunch and a tour.
Today, was our resident’s annual Stampede Barbecue. The residents were entertained by musical duo Wes and Wendy. Stampede Midway treats included mini doughnuts, ice-cream and flavored cotton candy!
